Streaming Tonight!

Good morning everyone!  I’ll be streaming tonight and stress testing my newly upgraded internet line.  Hopefully it should run more smoothly.  The stream will begin around 16h30 GMT (or about 8 hours from now) at picarto.tv/HyperArena I’ll be working on commissions as well so those who recently commissioned me you may be able to see me working on your sketches.

1.  What is your favorite food?
  Biltong (look it up)

2.  What is your hobby?
  Well I have several hobbies, in so particular order.  Reading, Writing, Drawing, Gaming, Game Design, Thinking (and sometimes thinking about thinking).

3.  What was your favorite subject at school?
  Oddly enough, history.  With biology being a close second.  Science class usually was boring as I already knew basically everything they taught.  Except the equations.

4.  What is your favorite drink?
  Coke...

5. If you could change one thing about your body, what would it be?
  I'd opt for having much greater cellular repair functions, to the extent of being biologically immortal.

6.  What is your favorite youtube channel to visit?
  Sci-show!

7. Do you have a trademark catchphrase and if so what?
  I don't think I say them enough to be catchphrases. X3

8. What is the most exotic place you have been to?
  Dangit can't remember its name.  But it had lovely red mountains.

9. Who is your favorite disney character?
  Scrooge McDuck

10. Who do you think would look good with some extra weight on them?
  By weight I hope you mean muscle.  Because then I would vote myself.  I can always use more bulk.  e,e  So I can smoosh you all.

Sketchmissions! Batch 002

Right ladies and gents, the original Sketchmissions have helped a lot over the past few months. Though I did not do nearly as many as I had wanted. How time flies. Necessity now leads me to having to do commissions in a far more timely fashion then before. So rather then taking 6 months to get to doing just 10 drawings I hope to get my original idea of 1 sketch per day in. Because frankly I need the money badly now to both get out of debt and at least get a little ahead of my financial responsibilities.

Same rules as before apply, for those who don't know 'em here is a repeat:

Things I will not draw:
-Cubs
-Gore
-Torture
-Scat
-Watersports

Comment here if you want a slot, then send me a note detailing your commission. I ask only that you provide me with any visual refrences for the character along with some image that suggest the pose or general idea for the picture that you want.

Price range is between 6-10$ depending on the complexity.

Hypocracy strikes again!

I have been warned about using this website to post my art as well as the artwork I have commissioned over the years because I have been told their is a considerable degree of certain kinds of phobia and discrimination around here from users and others.  While I was willing to accept the former as part of what comes with the territory the latter was a concern.  Which I had tried to circumnavigate for some time now though it has clearly not been successful.


To wit, I don't hate this site nor any of its staff nor do I have a vendetta (yet, however that may change in future).  Though I shall have to now adjust (read edit - crop) all of my mature/adult art to fit the sensibilities of toddlers/teenagers of the strictly male variety.  Because its clear to me that while there is some tolerance here, there isn't alot.


I'll therefore be responding to this attitude from this site's erratically changing terms of use (which is so long 95% of us don't really READ it anyway - should be freaking laws about those things) in a two ways.  1) Edits and cropping of images to censor or remove "offending" material.  2) I shall provide links to other sites that DO allow me to post anything I like (namely Furaffinity, Imageshack, Dropbox).


On a less drama heavy note, I AM STILL OPEN FOR SKETCHMISSIONS!  See my previous journal!  :D
